Schedules
Find out when your event is practicing during the week. Notice that these times may change due to weather, meet schedules, etc.
Sprinters: 3:20~5:30 p.m.
Distance: 3:20-5:30 p.m.
Relays: 3:20~5:30 p.m.
Hurdlers: 3:20-5:30 p.m. or after sprints
Jumpers: 5:00 -7:00 p.m. or after sprints
Pole Vaulters: 5:00-7:00 p.m.
Throwers: See Coach Nelson
Note: All athletes in specialty events including jumpers, pole vaulters, and hurdlers are required to participate in sprinting or distance practice at 3:20 before their specialty practice.
